Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- The return request must be made within 15 days of receiving the item.

How to Return an Item
- Email us at returns@renukasilks.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive an authorization email with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided in the return authorization email.
- Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- The refund process may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Policy

How to Exchange an Item
- Email us at exchanges@renukasilks.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Once your exchange is approved, you will receive an authorization email with exchange instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided in the exchange authorization email.
- Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
Processing Exchanges
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange.
- If your exchange is approved, we will send the replacement item to the original shipping address.
- You will receive a tracking number once the replacement item is shipped.
Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@renukasilks.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
